ORDER TRACKING

My tracking number is not working.
While 90% of our orders include tracking, some may not. If your tracking number isn't working, contact us at contact@zazura.store for assistance. You'll receive your tracking number via email within a few days of your order. Use our Track Order page to follow your shipment.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your items are dispatched, you'll receive an email notification. The tracking number typically becomes available a few days later. You can also check our online order tracking page.

The tracking site says delivered, but I haven't received my package.
Sometimes tracking systems mark orders as delivered when they've only reached your local post office. Please wait a few more days for delivery or contact your post office directly.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Zazura ships worldwide.

How long does it take for my order to ship out?
Most orders ship within 1-3 days after payment. We'll notify you by email once your items have been dispatched.

My order didn’t arrive on time—what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 business days, contact us at contact@zazura.store for assistance.

How long does shipping take?
Standard International Shipping takes 8-20 business days. Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days, but during peak times, it may take up to 6 days.

How is the package delivered?
Delivery methods vary based on location and product. Packages are usually delivered to your home, mailbox, or local post office. If no one is available to receive the package, a notice may be left for pickup at your local post office.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping worldwide.

From where is my package shipped?

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If your product is damaged or faulty, please send us photographic or video proof, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge.


AFTER PURCHASE

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address or chosen the wrong variant! Can I change it?
Contact us at contact@zazura.store as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed and shipped. If the order has already shipped, refunds aren't possible for incorrect addresses.

My package is stuck in customs—what can I do?
Customs delays are beyond our control, and any associated fees are the recipient's responsibility. If your package is held in customs, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once processing begins, we may not be able to update the address. Make sure your information is correct to avoid any issues.
